Description

Juicy and flavorful chicken fajitas with tender chicken and roasted peppers, seasoned with a bold spice blend and cooked quickly in the air fryer for a fast and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, sliced
  • 4 small flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add bell peppers and onion and toss to combine.
  4. Place mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  5. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  6. Warm tortillas and fill with chicken and vegetables.
  7. Serve immediately.
