Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 4 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add bell peppers and onion and toss to combine.
- Place mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Warm tortillas and fill with chicken and vegetables.
- Serve immediately.
