Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Toss chicken with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add broccoli florets to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
- Arrange chicken and broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through.
- Continue air frying for 6 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F internally. Check with a thermometer. Cook broccoli until crisp-tender. Cook chicken to 165°F for food safety.
