  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning


Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, egg, cheddar cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, grated carrot, and ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
  2. Use a medium cookie scoop to portion the mixture into 25 meatballs. Roll each portion into a ball.
