Description
Quick air fryer Greek yogurt bagels made without yeast. High protein, crisp outside, soft inside, and ready fast for easy breakfasts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self rising flour
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
- Add the Greek yogurt and self rising flour to a bowl.
- Stir until a dough forms, then knead lightly until smooth and not sticky.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions.
- Roll each portion into an 8 inch rope and shape into a bagel.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with neutral oil.
- Place the bagels in the basket with space between them.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then air fry for 6 more minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Refrigerate leftovers and consume within four days for food safety.
