Description

Quick air fryer Greek yogurt bagels made without yeast. High protein, crisp outside, soft inside, and ready fast for easy breakfasts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self rising flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt and self rising flour to a bowl.
  3. Stir until a dough forms, then knead lightly until smooth and not sticky.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
  5. Roll each portion into an 8 inch rope and shape into a bagel.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with neutral oil.
  7. Place the bagels in the basket with space between them.
  8. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then air fry for 6 more minutes until golden and firm.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
