- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Blend until smooth.
- Toss chicken wings with half of the marinade in a large bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange marinated wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While wings bake, simmer the remaining marinade in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
- Toss baked wings in the thickened marinade.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
