Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Chicken Wings are a delightful blend of sweetness from honey and pineapple, combined with a spicy kick from sriracha, creating a burst of flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toss chicken wings with half of the marinade in a large bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange marinated wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While wings bake, simmer the remaining marinade in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  6. Toss baked wings in the thickened marinade.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
