Ingredients
- Yeast Dough: 1 cup whole milk warmed

Instructions
- Add the warm milk and yeast to a large mixing bowl and let stand 2 minutes until foamy.
- Whisk in the eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt until combined.
- Add 4 cups of flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead 5 to 7 minutes, adding more flour only if the dough is overly sticky.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place about 45 minutes until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle about 24 by 15 inches.
- Spread the apple butter evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long edge and cut into 12 equal rolls.
- Place in a greased 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
- Cover and let the rolls rise 20 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F.
- Warm the heavy cream and pour evenly over the risen rolls.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly golden and baked through.
- Beat the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the frosting over warm rolls before serving.
