Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined and slightly frothy. Add the milk, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded coconut into the egg mixture.
- Pour the custard mixture into the pre-made pie crust, filling it about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the custard is set and golden on top.
- Let the pie cool to room temperature.
- Top the cooled pie with fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.
