- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup water

- 1 (1.5 ounce) Milky Way bar, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, and water. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the butter and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the partially baked brownie base. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the caramel layer.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set. Let cool completely, then sprinkle with chopped Milky Way bars.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate overnight before serving.
- Ensure the brownie base is only partially baked before adding the caramel and cheesecake layers.
- Feel free to use other chocolate bars as toppings if desired.
