- 1 box corn muffin mix (8 ounces dry mix only)
- 1 can whole kernel corn (15 ounces drained)
- 1 can creamed corn (15 ounces)
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8 by 8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the corn muffin mix, drained corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir the ingredients until they are fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes. The top should be lightly golden and the center set.
- Remove the casserole from the oven. Let it rest for 5 minutes before you serve it.
