Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp – peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices of thick-cut sourdough bread
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter – melted
  • 4 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice – fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes – optional
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley – chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic butter mixture by combining melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
