Description

Ingredients

  • Brioche Bread: 8 slices
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Whole Milk: 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Cream Cheese: 1 cup, softened
  • Powdered Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Granulated Sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Butter: for cooking

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture on 4 slices of brioche and top with the remaining slices to form sandwiches.
