Description

Quick and cheesy air fryer chicken wraps with crispy tortillas, juicy chicken, and melty mozzarella. These are ready fast for an easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
  • Olive oil spray (for crisping)


Instructions

  1. Combine chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Lay tortillas flat. Add spinach, mozzarella, red bell pepper, and cooked chicken onto each tortilla. Roll tightly, folding in the edges to seal.
  5. Lightly spray each wrap with olive oil. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, sprinkle a little Parmesan on the outside of the wraps before air frying.
