Description
Quick and cheesy air fryer chicken wraps with crispy tortillas, juicy chicken, and melty mozzarella. These are ready fast for an easy meal.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
- Olive oil spray (for crisping)
Instructions
- Combine chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss to coat.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange chicken strips in a single layer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Lay tortillas flat. Add spinach, mozzarella, red bell pepper, and cooked chicken onto each tortilla. Roll tightly, folding in the edges to seal.
- Lightly spray each wrap with olive oil. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle a little Parmesan on the outside of the wraps before air frying.
